- Meet local author Allison Anneser for a brief presentation on her book REFINED TO REAL FOOD, http://www.refinedtorealfood.com/index.html. The book teaches how to define, find, fix, and feed healthy foods to our families, using step-by-step measures that gradually shift these healthy foods into our daily diets. Books will be available for purchase at the event with proceeds benefiting Beaver Brook Association.
