Rosemary Clough of Hollis and owner of Moving Spirit Yoga and Dance is featured in an article on how to get flexible for snowshoeing. Rosemary will be offering a workshop at Beaver Brook's Maple Hill Farm this January 16 from 10-12 noon along with Kap Siddall, BBA guide. There will be preparatory yoga instruction followed by an hour of snowshoeing or winter hiking. Call the BBA office to signup !

Snowshoe Race and Snow Run at Beaver Brook Maple Hill Farm

5K Race on the beautiful trails of Beaver Brook

Sunday December 13, 2010 10 AM.

Snow has covered the trails at Beaver Brook! We will now hold a snowshoe race in conjunction with the trail race. 3CRaceProductions will have at least 30 pairs of snowshoes to loan if you want to race on snowshoes. Or you can Snow Run the race. Beaver Brook Trail Race this weekend!



Enjoy a Trail Race on the beautiful trails of Beaver Brook

Race starts at 10:00 AM
from Maple Hill Farm on 117 Ridge Road, Hollis, NH

Pre-Registration online: $16.00 until Saturday 7/25 at 6 pm.
Registration afterwards: $20.00

The Beaver Brook 5K Race* is running the old fashioned way. It offers a great off road course, great competition, unique T-Shirts and useful awards (pint glasses). There is a water stop at the halfway spot and at the finish line. Colorful Beaver Brook 5K T-Shirts are guaranteed to all runners!
Beaver Brook 5K Pint Glasses will be awarded to the top 3 males and females overall and the top 2 males & females in 7 age groups.
There will be two 50% off gift certificates for Loco Sports Running Shoes raffled off to race finishers. Additional raffle prizes include: RoadID Kits, FuelBelts, & more! All runners will receive goodie bags.
